The product

No. Anuxis is designed for any situation in which you cannot manage your information yourself, whether temporarily or permanently.

It can be used in cases of hospitalization, temporary incapacity, long trips, loss of access to your accounts, legal problems, or simply as a preventive measure so that critical decisions are not left to chance.

Most solutions activate only after death. Anuxis introduces control, verification and flexible activation.

You decide when information is released, to whom, in what order and under what conditions, even while you are alive. It's not a 'when you are no longer here' system, but a 'when you cannot take care of it' system.

Any digital file: documents, images, videos, spreadsheets, compressed files, PDFs... Any format that does not exceed your plan's size limit.

Use it to store passwords, credentials, instructions, legal documents, service accesses, banking information, or any content you need to be available to a trusted person when the time comes.

Both. It is designed for individuals as well as freelancers and professionals.

You can create multiple folders to manage different profiles: one for your family, another for your partners, another for your accountant. Each folder has its own recipients and activation conditions.

No. The system is designed to be clear and accessible to anyone. Upload files as you would on any other service, assign the people who should receive them, and configure when it should activate. Encryption and all the technical part happen invisibly.

No. Anuxis complements legal planning by covering the digital and operational realm: accesses, credentials, instructions, and documents that a traditional will does not contemplate or takes weeks to manage.

For legal and patrimonial matters, the notarial will remains necessary.

Security and privacy

No. Anuxis does it automatically as soon as the file is received. It is compressed and encrypted without you having to do anything. No external programs or technical knowledge are required.

No. Without activation and without meeting the conditions you defined, the information remains inaccessible to anyone, including the Anuxis team.

An attacker who accessed our servers would only obtain encrypted, unreadable files without the individual recipient keys. The keys are never stored with the files, so the content would be useless without them.

The files are encrypted the moment we receive them. Anuxis acts as a technical custodian: knows they exist and manages their delivery, but cannot access their content once encrypted. Only you and your designated recipients can decrypt them.

Yes. Anuxis operates under Spanish and European law. You can consult our privacy policy to see exactly which data we process, on what legal basis, how and for how long.

Anuxis complies with current legislation and would cooperate with competent authorities upon a legal request. In that scenario, we could provide the encrypted files and the metadata we retain, but not the decryption keys of the recipients, which are outside our technical reach.

Before ceasing operations, we would provide at least 90 days' notice so you can download all your content. Recipients with access already activated can retrieve their files at any time, regardless of the platform's status.

Recipients

Anyone you designate: family member, partner, friend, manager, lawyer... You only need their name, email, and mobile phone to add them as a recipient.

Each recipient must verify their Email address and phone number before being registered. Without that verification, they cannot access any folder. This process ensures the right person will receive the information.

Not necessarily. They only access what corresponds to them when access is activated.

They will know they are your beneficiaries in Anuxis, since they would have had to verify their email and phone during the recipient registration process.

Yes. You can establish priorities so access is staggered and controlled. For example, have your partner access first, and if they do not act within a set period, notify your family as well.

Yes. You can modify people, priorities and conditions whenever you want from your control panel.

The account holder can update the contact details for any recipient at any time. We recommended periodically checking that the information is up to date, especially if several months have passed since the last update.

Activation and deliveries

Yes. You have two modes:

Active delivery: you press the button manually whenever you want. The recipient receives access immediately.

Passive delivery: you define a periodic check-in system. If you do not confirm that you are well within the established timeframe, the delivery process is automatically started.

If you have passive delivery configured, Anuxis will send you a periodic check-in. If you do not confirm that you are well within the period you set, a first alert is sent. If you still do not respond, a second alert. Only after both alerts without a response is the delivery activated.

Yes. You can temporarily pause the check-in system from your panel so that your absence is not interpreted as inactivity. When you return, you re-activate it and the system resumes monitoring.

Yes, as long as the process has not completed you can stop or modify it. Once the recipient has downloaded and decrypted the content, the process is no longer reversible.

The information remains custodied and protected according to your rules. It is not deleted or exposed. You can modify conditions or recipients at any time.

Account and pricing

30 days of full access to the plan you have chosen, with no charge. A card is required to activate the trial, but no charges are made until the trial period ends.

At the end of 30 days, the first charge is made for the chosen plan. You will receive a notification before the period ends so you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you want from your account panel. Changes apply in the next billing cycle.

Yes. You have full control over your data at all times. You can delete folders, files, recipients, or your entire account from the panel. After canceling the account, your data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days.

When you cancel, your account goes into read-only mode for 30 days so you can download your content. After that period, the files and associated data are permanently deleted.
